Perpendicular at a Point on the Line

From the point P, draw an arc with a radius that clearly cuts AB at two points, X and Y.

Step 2

Draw an arc centred at X with a radius larger than half of the length of XY.

Step 3

Using the same radius, draw an arc centred at Y to cut the arc drawn in Step 2 at Z.

Step 4

Join PZ.
